Mission & Vision

During 2010 Sacred Heart School participated in the Sydney Catholic Education Office Cyclical Review process.  As part of this process the school reflected upon its ‘Learning Journey’ and produced a report.  A panel of principals from other Sydney Catholic systemic schools as well as a group of CEO personnel studied the report and visited the school where they met with staff, parents, clergy and children for the purpose of validating the report, giving commendation and writing some recommendations for future action.

Following on from the Cyclic Review we have reflected upon and refined our School Mission and Vision Statements.  These statements are prominently displayed around the school and in each classroom.  We are hoping to commission a stylised version of the ‘tree’ and have it displayed in an outside setting next year.
